    New total as of 3:45 pm Saturday 1135 minutes and lost 4 lbs this week alone

    June Total = 300 - all i can say is without this challenge and the c24k i fear i wouldn't be doing any exercise at all. Going to see if i can step it up for end of month and at least get half way there.....
