I gained six pounds since my last weigh-in, but the number does not matter to me since I am now more firm, have more muscle, and my cellulite has decreased greatly. The number on the scale does not measure everything. I am more happy with myself than I was before I started this journey. Gosh, I love this site and all of the motivation it has.

Have a great day everyone because you all deserve it!

    Hello Everyone!

Sunday June 8, 2012 Late evening walk up hills in the neighborhood after the sun went down. 100 abdominal leg lifts and 50 back extentions. (Logged in my exercises in my diary and thought I was logging in here)

Today. Went to an early morning spin class.
200 crunches on machine/ no weights and 50 back lifts.

 Congrats MuttRuff on your NSV, muscles and firmer body. Also great job of completing ripped in 30! I love MFP as well. It has made me "85 lbs less" of a woman. I am working on my muscles and sculpting my body. Thanks for the inspiration!

 Clover love your new picture. Makes me want to go rowing. Great upper body workout! Thanks for sharing your experience about zumba! I thought I was the only one that did not love it at first dance!

Will be traveling the next three days to Washington DC. I hope the hotel has a gym. If not. I am sure my room will have a floor and a towel to continue meeting my challenge goals.

MuffRuff, you're right, the scale doesn't tell everything. You have been very committed and consistant. I a thrilled for your success!

Thanks Lisadlocks. We stopped at that lake on the way home just to take a break. It was beautiful, and very peaceful. I'm sure you'll do fine at the hotel.

Barbie - after 100 days!? Was I supposed to have a plan  I was flying by the seat of my pants when I moved into this challenge. Don't you think it's funny that the person who started it hasn't been on MFP for a long time? But here we are. My intention is to decide on an exercise to do daily, let you gals know what it is, and continue to post it here daily. I know if I weren't posting my squats here, I would have stopped doing them. There were days I didn't want to do them anyway, but I did them because I wanted to be able to post them here.

    Good evening everyone!

 Hi Barbiecat. You are so right about body exercise. All I need is my body. It always goes with me! LOL!

50 crunches, 50 leglifts, 50 back extentions. Walked a trail in the woods for 40 minutes.

This is my second round of 100 day.s. I started the 100 squats for 100 days and switched to lunges before the 100 days was over and then started 100 lunges for 100 days and switched to the warrior III poses before that was up and now I'm going to keep on going with the poses and start another 100 days.

 Clover, you are right about this challenge being an inspiration or a kick in the tail to do the exercise every day......I didn't want a day to go by and have to tell you all that I didn't do my squats or whatever I was doing at the time.....   not only is the person who started this challenge no longer around, but the 100 or more who joined the challenge have vanished, as well.....we are the winners

 Lisadlocks, your day sounds great

There's a charity step up event coming up in August that I'm interested in. It's going up and down all the steps in the pro soccer stadium. So... I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I'll continue with the squats for a while longer. I feel certain that the squats are what made that steep hiking trail so ... easy .

I agree calisthenics are great exercise.

    100 abdominal leg lifts.

Long day of working in DC and travel back home. Rainy evening and flight delays. I am extremely tired. If it wasn't for this 100 day challenge, I would have gone to bed and worry about exercise tomorrow. But I am committed and determined and I made it happen TODAY. Victory tastes sweeter with a little sweat!

barbiecat - line dancing sounds like so much fun. My parents have done it before, and my mother especially loved it. I am definitely going to have to try it one day.

lisadlocks - you have great strength to keep up with the challenge even though you were tired.

clover5 - you are on fire as always.

    Day 1---7/11---110 poses
    Day 2---7/12---120 poses
    Day 3---7/13--100 poses

we got up this morning to thunder and lightning and scared dogs.......I managed to find time between storms for a great walk with the dogs....the line dance class this morning turned out great.....there were almost 40 people there.....the class in the afternoon was cancelled because all four of the students in the class weren't able to be there.....I celebrated my surprise free time by taking a nap with the dogs to cuddle with them while the thunder continued outside.

:flowerforyou: Lisa, I'm glad you're home safe....travel is great but there's no place like home

:flowerforyou: MuffRuff, there are line dances classes in a lot of places....someone told me that if you call a senior center or a community center they often know where there are classes......line dancing doesn't burn calories like the great workouts you do but it requires a lot of brain power along with the physical movement.
