    Day 101 - 110 - 1000

    Day 111 - 100 squats, 40 pushups, 20 donkey kicks each leg, 60 crunches
    Day 112 - 100
    Day 113 - 100
    Day 114 - 100 squats, and some pushups, donkey kicks, plank, crunches, pelvic lifts, leg lifts
    Day 114 - 100
    Day 115 - 100

    Lisa, those lifts are great. I was in a picnic area after my run do did them off the picnic bench.

    :bigsmile: Barbiecat thanks. I have been exercising to make up for no exercise for the last two weeks in July while I was on travel. I did get my challenge goals in but nothing else. I have also given up cakes, cookies, pies and candy for August. I binged on sugar while on travel and it is time to detox and get back on track. I had to spell it out to keep myself honest.:noway: It is really hard but I AM DOING IT!!!!! :happy:

    :flowerforyou: today I took a vacation from logging food and exercise:bigsmile: still walked 20,000 steps (primarily walking dogs), did my squats and a three minute plank and ate only foods i normally eat

    It has been a long time girls, but I was busy all week moving and cleaning. I did keep up with my squats and lunges though. It feels great to finally be done moving.
