Lisa, those lifts are great. I was in a picnic area after my run do did them off the picnic bench.

:bigsmile: Barbiecat thanks. I have been exercising to make up for no exercise for the last two weeks in July while I was on travel. I did get my challenge goals in but nothing else. I have also given up cakes, cookies, pies and candy for August. I binged on sugar while on travel and it is time to detox and get back on track. I had to spell it out to keep myself honest.:noway: It is really hard but I AM DOING IT!!!!! :happy:0 -

Day 120 - Step up for Cancer - Stadium Steps. I credit this challenge for the strength in my legs to do this easily. In fact, I did 2 laps. Feeling pretty smug. Just to be clear this was a soccer stadium - much smaller than a football stadium, but still 2000 steps each lap.0 -
