Hello Everyone!
One hour spin class. Battling a slight head cold. It was hard to keep up.

100 back extentions
Pushed myself to get it done. Will be back in Washington, DC for the next 10 days. I will bring my own exercise mat. There will be no excuses for not getting my 100 sit ups a day in! Have mat will travel LOL!

:bigsmile: :laugh: Lisa, thank you for reminding me that I had decided to alternate between poses and squats :laugh: I will do that for tomorrowthe reason I stopped the squats and lunges was that I was doing some work in my yard that had me doing a lot of squats as part of the work.......now I'm doing different things.

Long day. Travel on a plane with a head cold. Can you spell PAINFUL. I thought my ear exploded:explode: I am miserable:sick: . I still got my hundred crunches in. I am committed and determined.

I has a pretty busy day because I had to babysit today, I am sure I lost ten pounds just by running around with the child, but it was fun.0
