    :flowerforyou: Clover, the step challenge sounds so great....I don't think there's any place in my town with steps like that

    Day 1---7/11---110 poses
    Day 2---7/12---120 poses
    Day 3---7/13--100 poses
    Day 4---7/14---120 poses
    Day 5---7/15---100 poses
    Day 6--7/16---110 poses


    I might go back to squats some day....I did a few this morning and reminded myself how much I like them.....maybe i could alternate----poses one day and squats the next

    Hello Everyone!

    One hour spin class. Battling a slight head cold. It was hard to keep up.

    200 crunches
    100 back extentions

    Pushed myself to get it done. Will be back in Washington, DC for the next 10 days. I will bring my own exercise mat. There will be no excuses for not getting my 100 sit ups a day in! Have mat will travel LOL!

    :bigsmile: Barbiecat. Alternating is a good idea for a challenge. Who knew you would be reminded how much you "like" squats? Only on this thread :laugh:

    :smile: the reason I stopped the squats and lunges was that I was doing some work in my yard that had me doing a lot of squats as part of the work.......now I'm doing different things.

    Long day. Travel on a plane with a head cold. Can you spell PAINFUL. I thought my ear exploded:explode: I am miserable:sick: . I still got my hundred crunches in. I am committed and determined.

    I has a pretty busy day because I had to babysit today, I am sure I lost ten pounds just by running around with the child, but it was fun.
