I bagged my 50 squats yesterday and just finished my .50 pushups! Ready for tomm and will start doing extra movement!

✔ Sunday-50 reverse crunches (lie on the floor, raise knees up to 90 degrees, and crunch with hands behind head)
✔ Monday-50 squats (starting from the BOTTOM up)
✔ Tuesday-50 pushups
✔ Wednesday-50 butterfly kicks (lying on back, raise legs slightly off the floor and do alternating kicks up, with legs straight)
Thursday-50 jumping jacks
Friday-50 jump squats (start in a squat position and jump touching your knees to your hands)
Did 50 butterflies, 50 jumping jokes, 50 pushups & 50 squats!
I'll add Extra Movements before bed....already did some waiting for the microwave LOL!!!
ADDED: EM- I hung 2 loads of clothes outside instead of using the dryer; did 50 punches & 50 hiney kicks while defrosting meat in the microwave; & did the above jj's, pu's and squats.0 -

Push ups and butterfly kick done. Oh my my arms are super sore from doing pushups. Extra workout (by force)-parked away from the mall (no close parks) LOLOL0
