    Greetings ladies!

    Here for my weigh in today 9/27/12.
    I am holding steady at 222 pounds this week--no loss, no gain (last week I lost a record 5 pounds to reach 222 pounds).
    No complaints here considering TOM, and my indulgence in soul food (collards with smoked turkey, blackeyed peas with smoked turkey, and cornbread) all week. Happy to not have gained anything and to be 5 pounds below my September goal!
    WooHoo. ONEderland I'm still coming for you :laugh:

    Well, I didn't meet my Sept goal, BUT I did make it into one-derland! I've weighed in at 199.8 for three days in a row, so it must be true :) I admit, I was a little bit weepy to be under 200, even if it is just by a teensy bit.

    Ok, so I weighed myself this morning and I have done major damage! I've gained about 12lbs since I first signed up! I can admit I lost the few lbs, compliments started coming and I got comfortable! Well thanks to some of the ladies here and there encouraging words I WILL NOT QUIT! Im setting more realistic goals for my self and working for a healthier me! I wanted to lose 50 or 60 lbs by my bday but Im not sure if thats do-able for me. I can work on 25 by Dec 28 and I will work on 25. So here are my new GW SW, etc! Thanks ladies and especially Queenie_O. Here goes! I was once 353. I will not let 300lbs creep back on me again!

    I did not meet my September goal. Really struggled this month because of my busy work schedule. I didn't work out as much as I should have. I'm determined to do better in October or I will not reach Onederland by Christmas. I'm going to have to focus and try not to get discouraged or depressed. We can do this!

    I really have a lot of trouble with water weight gain. I exercise at least twice a week and try to stay under 1600 cals (I dont always log it in, though). I definitely need to cut back on carbs. Any suggestions would be great!

    Needed to lose 6.8 more...oh well! I'll get there, but until I do, I have to be excited for seeing the scale move in the right direction period! : )

    Hey ladies checking in I missed my weigh in on 9/23 as of today im 194 i did not meet my goal for the month of september gw (180lbs ....)two weeks ago i got down to 188 lb after that i let go n lost motivation I blame myself 100% I stopped logging stopped counting. im really going to rededicate myself n put in 100% thatz a 6+ gain wont let that happen again .........welcome new members !!!! Everyone is doing great!!!! , dont give up im not even with my gain pissed.about it but i know wut i have to do 4 next month

    Hey ladies. Just checking in. I lost one pound this week and met my goal for September! I've lost a total of four pounds this month.

    SW in September 2012: 207
    GW in December: 191

    Mini-Goals:

    September: 203 - Done!
    October: 199
    November: 195
    December: 191
    GW and total lbs lost by December 2012: 191 (-16 lbs)

    Hopefully I'll be under 200 by the end of October!

    Sep :185 lbs/ 189.5 (4.5 lbs off :grumble: ) Doing awfully since summer ended :sad:
    Oct : 182 lbs
    Nov: 175 lbs
    Dec 25th : 170 lbs


    *Based on this months results, I have adjusted my monthly goals slightly as well as my challenge goal weight. (Again!! :mad: )

    Okay so I fell off the wagon for a bit here! It's time to get serious again! My last weigh in, 9/27 was at 276.5, above where I wanted to be right now but still progress! I plan on working harder to get down to my 262 by 10/22. It looks like you guys are all doing great! Keep up the awesome work!
