    Heyyyyy Sistahs! Im down 3lbs since I went to the doctor on Wed. Im in the danger zone on my BP so I decided to really get serious because I don't wanna be put on Med's again!! How's everyone else doing?

    Today's weigh-in 10/4/12 = 218 pounds WooHoo! Down four pounds from last week and at my original goal for October! Yay!
    I also walked a total of 116 miles in the month of September--I set a personal goal of 90 miles.

    Here for my weigh in today 9/27/12.
    I am holding steady at 222 pounds this week--no loss, no gain (last week I lost a record 5 pounds to reach 222 pounds).
    No complaints here considering TOM, and my indulgence in soul food (collards with smoked turkey, blackeyed peas with smoked turkey, and cornbread) all week. Happy to not have gained anything and to be 5 pounds below my September goal!

    Hi Ladies,

    I have been MIA for a minute but I'm back. September was crazy!!! I need to get re-focused. I am currently at 193lbs and I'm hoping to see the 180s real soon. I went to the gym this morning. It was the first time in about a month. Good luck to everyone. I'm glad to see that everyone is still hanging in there.

    Hello ladies! Just checking in/sneaking on the computer at work while I have some down time...lol. Life has been good, the scale has been fairly nice...despite my crazy busy weekends that lead to some unhealthy eating. I'm down two pounds since my last weigh in, but I am oh so grateful for those two pounds!!

    Those were my goals as I still hope to reach the December goal my current weight for September is 184.6. Going to go harder and switch up my eating... Nobody said this was going to be easy.

    True!! This has been one of the harder things I've done in life! I read somewhere on the site though that if it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you!

    Ok, so I weighed myself this morning and I have done major damage! I've gained about 12lbs since I first signed up! I can admit I lost the few lbs, compliments started coming and I got comfortable! Well thanks to some of the ladies here and there encouraging words I WILL NOT QUIT! Im setting more realistic goals for my self and working for a healthier me! I wanted to lose 50 or 60 lbs by my bday but Im not sure if thats do-able for me. I can work on 25 by Dec 28 and I will work on 25. So here are my new GW SW, etc! Thanks ladies and especially Queenie_O. Here goes! I was once 353. I will not let 300lbs creep back on me again!

    I am SO glad to see you recommitted!! We all fall off the wagon and have to jump back on. And unfortunately when we jump back on the wagon seems to be moving twice as fast on a path twice as bumpy!

    Weight loss is proving to be one of the only challenges I struggle to conquer. After 28 years of these bad habits, who am I to think it would be easy?
