  • I am going to make a little chart for that first week and tick it when I have done 8... put it above my computer so I don't forget. otherwise I will forget.
  • But.. what are the benefits of drinking so much water?? (curious) :smile:

    I'm interested. At this point, looking for a bit more motivation and a lot more encouragement.
    Actually, discussed this last night w/my hubby to be. We decided 1 Sep to 31 Dec to attempt to lose 10 lbs each.
    Log in today and here's this group..... perhaps, its meant to me.

    Yes this starts on the 1st and I will be posting an online spreadsheet using google docs that everyone can fill in with a point for each day they drink at least the required amount.

    I'm in. I'm glad I found this group :) I have been doing pretty good with getting 8 glasses in throughout the day so this seems like it will be an easy one for me to get started :)

    This is a good challenge for me, I haven't been doing so well with the water lately so this will be a good reminder for me to drink up!

    This is my first MFP group I've joined. So any help you can give this newbie it would be appreciated. How do we "log" our points exactly?

    And thankfully the first challenge of the 8 glasses of water is an easy one. Since being pregnant with my youngest 3 years ago I get easily dehyrdated if I don't drink AT LEAST 8 glasses. Occasionally I'll have a soda but it makes me bloated and dehydrated so I usually stay away.

    Really good starting challenge, I really could do with a kick up the rear on this one been! I have drunk far too much coffee lately, so I'll actually go caffeine free starting Saturday!

    Points can be logged on the spreadsheet under tab challenges however it isnt quite ready but will be done in time for the challenge :smile:
