I'm interested. At this point, looking for a bit more motivation and a lot more encouragement.
Actually, discussed this last night w/my hubby to be. We decided 1 Sep to 31 Dec to attempt to lose 10 lbs each.

Yes this starts on the 1st and I will be posting an online spreadsheet using google docs that everyone can fill in with a point for each day they drink at least the required amount.0 -

This is a good challenge for me, I haven't been doing so well with the water lately so this will be a good reminder for me to drink up!

This is my first MFP group I've joined. So any help you can give this newbie it would be appreciated. How do we "log" our points exactly?
And thankfully the first challenge of the 8 glasses of water is an easy one. Since being pregnant with my youngest 3 years ago I get easily dehyrdated if I don't drink AT LEAST 8 glasses. Occasionally I'll have a soda but it makes me bloated and dehydrated so I usually stay away.0 -
