Need to purchase a new scale on Friday - since mine is not working (despite having brand new fresh from package batteries).0 -

I'm in another group that weighs in on Fridays.... so I'm going to use today's weight as 9/1/12 start weight.0

Yea! I actually made this a goal last week. I was probably drinking 20oz of water a day and now I am drinking about 100 and seem to still be thirsty.0

I'm going to start by putting 2 glasses of water next to my bed for tomorrow morning. I already do one, so the habit is there......lets see if I can keep it!0

I started ahead, on Wednesday, and it's going really good!!! It's 11.15 AM and I already drank 6 cups! I'm also having the worst caffeine withdrawal, as I cut ALL the Pepsi Max I was drinking daily... I guess I just have to go through it and drink loads of water...0

This challenge is a great one for me. I know the water really helps me with my weight loss, but I am not at all consistent with it. I will definitely be drinking water this week, and starting this challenge off on the right foot.0

I drink at least 8 8 ounces of water everyday and try to drink more.0

I came close today! I had six! I say that's pretty good considering that, at times, four is overkill. Will try tomorrow!0

Day 1 - 6 glasses. Considering I could only keep them down after 4pm due to stomach bug, I think that is pretty good.
Day 2 - 9 glasses so far...0 -
On 9/1 - I drank 5 (8 oz) glasses of water. Not an easy task, but I hope to get all 8 in today.0

Sept 2nd, its not even noon and ive had 5, so off to a good start.

ETA - Scratch the above, I hated the fact that I had to add a 0 next to my name so I've just drunk a few glasses in since I posted this and will get the rest in before bed (it's after 10pm here in the UK so I have about an hour) I will get them in and change the 0 to a 1 when I'm done

Looking forward to this challenge. Usually drink 8 to 12 glasses of water a day. My kids turned it into a game on the weekends. It's 5:25 am here. I have had 3 glasses already.0
