Did okay this weekend. Calories were kept in check and i even did a killer quad workout on Saturday that just about killed me, ended up being 75 Burpees and 150 Lunges in 12 minutes.
Today is arm day and I'm ready to hit it hard. Not sure whats for dinner tonight so we will see how that goes. Happy Monday everyone!0 -

Yesterday was a good day. I did my upper body weights and went home to do 30 Day Shred for cardio. Ate well for the most part.
Today is leg day. I dread this day, it is the hardest day of my split but I will get through it and kick butt. :happy:

I start Crossfit 2 days a week next week. Excited and scared. Those box jumps make me nervous.0 -
So the scale says I'm up 2 lbs. I'm over that scale. anyways, I ran this morning, start crossfit next week :indifferent: and tonight is a hard WOD. Forward is the only way to go.0

I would be interested to see what sort of thing they get you doing at crossfit. Scales arent everything. I think they're the least important thing compared to performance and mirrors0
