    Goal by New Year's Eve: 35 pounds lost, or 273 pounds

    11/07: 304
    11/14: 299 -- under 300!
    11/20: 296
    11/27: 290 -- halfway to New Year's goal
    12/04: 284

    12/24: 271 -- Made it to my New Year's goal a week early. Passed the 200 lbs lost mark!

    Goal by end of end of year 160.
    be closer to running a 5K (no walking)

    11-1-12 = 169.0
    11-5-12 = 168.4 (-0.6) = running 25 minutes solid.
    11-12-12 = 164.4 (-4.0) = running 26 minutes solid. I have never had a 4 pound week, wow.
    11-19-12 = 164.8 (+0.4) = running 28 minutes solid. gain but still well in advance of projected average.
    11-26-12 = 165.2 (+0.4) = running 30 minutes solid. Gain again blamed monthly cycle.
    12-3-12 = 160.2 (-5.0) = running 30 minutes solid need to start focus on distance.
    12-10-12 = 160.2 (0) = 5 K time 37:50 (5 minutes of walking)
    12-17-12 = 160.2 (0) = no exercise this week, also weighed 159 through the weekend.
    12-24-12 = 158.2 (-2) = GOAL achieved!!!

    Goal by New Years Day 1/1/13 150

    11/5/12 weight was 165.6
    11/11/12 weight was 165.4 -.2 pounds
    11/15/12 weight was 164 -1.4 pounds! Yahoo scale movement again!
    11/19/12 weight was 162.6 -1.4 pounds! Been walking 4 miles a day M-F or 20 miles a week now.
    12/4/12 weight was 158.8 -3.80 pounds. Walking 4 miles a day M-F or 20 miles a week still
    I'm 3.8 pounds from my surgeons goal of 155 and my 6 month post op appt is next week on 12/11/12. I hope to be at 155 by then!
    12/5/12 weight was 157.4 -1.40 pounds. 2.4 pounds to go till at my surgeon's goal
    12/10/12 weight was 155.8 -1.60 pounds. .8 pounds till at my surgeon's goal. 6 months post op appointment is 12/11/12 in the afternoon.
    12/26/12 weights was 152.4 -3.4 pounds
    I don't think I am gonna loose 2.4 pounds in 6 days and make my goal of 150 by 1/1/13 but I will continue to follow my food program and exercise routine.

    Reached my goal for New Year's Day yesterday--to be below 180-- I hit 179 yesterday. My surgeon's goal for me is 160--mine is 135. Hope to reach my goal by next fall.

    Goal - weight 160 and 125 miles

    11/1/12: 178.2
    11/5/12: 175.2 - 10 miles this week and 1 hour of zumba
    11/11/12: 176.4 - 13 miles (23 total miles)
    11/19/12: 173.6 - 26 miles (49 total miles)
    11/26/12: 170 - 12 miles (61 total miles)

    12/3/12: 167.6 - 21 miles (82 miles total)
    12/10/12: 169.4 - 15 miles (97 miles total) and 1 hours of zumba - up a bit but will track better this week!!
    12/17/12: 167.4 - 13 miles (110 miles total) well I may not make my goal weight, but I will exceed my miles goal!!!
    12/24/12: 166.6 - 18 miles (128 miles total) Goal milage
    12/31/12: 166.2 - 22 miles (140 miles total) Well I didn't quite make my weight goal of 160 - but I exceeded my milage goal.

    Dec 17 - 267.8 (-1.2lbs)
    Dec 24 - 267.8 (no loss)
    Dec 31 - 262 (-5.8lbs)

    Well I had hoped to be at 257 by tomorrow to reach my 100lb lost but that won't be happening - stalled out a bit and weight loss slowed for a couple weeks. Things seem to moving again ...which is good.

    Total loss - 26.4lbs

    1/2/13 weight is 149.7 -2.70 pounds. Made goal of 150 even though it was a day late! I have been running 2 miles in 10 minutes daily for the last 5 days now. Never could have done that a year ago with my bad knees and all that weight I was carrying around!

    46.8 lbs gone, 1st goal of 35 is complete!! Didn't make new goal of 50, but that's ok!! 46.8 is fine. Exercise goal was a complete fiasco. Why do I hate it so much?!? But at least I am still doing my walking.

    I was not in this challenge, but I'd love a Valentine's Day Challenge. Maybe I'll just start one. I tend to do better with shorter Challenges.
