    day 1 not so good due to horrible toothache. But i did manage to get in 1.35 miles!!

    Thanks for starting us off for November, princess, enjoy your mini vacation and congrats to your parents on their anniversary.

    So cool... we have triple digit walkers and brand new to Leslie walkers. And I am really happy to see familiar faces here walking again this month :heart: You all are totally encouraging me already!!!

    Thursday:

    2.5 miles: Walk & Jog from Fat Burning Miles DVD.

    Goal for November: ** Need to figure it out as I've started adding in other exercise now

    So this morning I did 5 miles (5 really big miles : mile1,2,3 and 1 and 3 again)

    02.11. 5 miles 51 to go.

    Well, I pulled out the 4M Power walk that you just ordered - I think you will like it - I can't do all of the power surge moves but today gave the jump ropes a try and will work up!
