    I know I am early but I am not walking another step.

    Walked into town today instead of taking the car. All uphill going. 200 ft of elevation according to fitbit. Great coming back. All downhill.

    The 5 Mile Slim Down whipped my behind today. Have you noticed that Leslie never sweats in this workout? She is in amazing shape.

    After being sick for a few days I'm back on duty. Am not in the best form yet but walking definitely makes my body wake up and the circulation circulate:bigsmile:
    Did 3 miles this morning (5 day walk plan) , but only low impact.

    Goal: 100
    So far: 46
    To go: 54

    Well, I have to walk a bit more, I guess, to keep up with you all :-):drinker:

    I never thought of that. Might be true. I do have a few of the older ones she is definitely sweating and even talks about it. Maybe when the camera's zero in on her feet, they are handing her a towel at the same time. :-)

    Morning! TGIF!! Glad you are feeling better and walking today cnocnacu! Well, Anno, she was sweating pretty good in the Walk Slim 4M this morning - LOL. I did notice that though in the 5M and that one is killer! She must towel off after each mile ( and change her shirt I noticed - LOL ). The Walk Slim series never disappoint!

    Have a great weekend! I will be walking Saturday and Sunday this week as turkey day will be my rest day ( somewhat - I will be cooking stuff and maybe take a quick outdoor walk in the AM with my sisters ).

    WOW We are at 9 pages already and it is barely past 1/2 of November. Are we a rockin' and a rollin' (or rather walking :laugh: ) or what. So blessed to be walking with you all :heart:

    I have found that doing her watp video helps to keep me sane and helps with my disease and easing some of the side effects of it. That is motivation enough to keep me doing it each day.:smile:

    Just did an early-Sunday-morning walk . Did my first ever Leslie dvd: 5 mile fat burning walk. All 5 miles done and I am determined to get these 100 in this month:drinker:
