Walked into town today instead of taking the car. All uphill going. 200 ft of elevation according to fitbit. Great coming back. All downhill.0 -

After being sick for a few days I'm back on duty. Am not in the best form yet but walking definitely makes my body wake up and the circulation circulate:bigsmile:
Did 3 miles this morning (5 day walk plan) , but only low impact.

I never thought of that. Might be true. I do have a few of the older ones she is definitely sweating and even talks about it. Maybe when the camera's zero in on her feet, they are handing her a towel at the same time. :-)0 -

Morning! TGIF!! Glad you are feeling better and walking today cnocnacu! Well, Anno, she was sweating pretty good in the Walk Slim 4M this morning - LOL. I did notice that though in the 5M and that one is killer! She must towel off after each mile ( and change her shirt I noticed - LOL ). The Walk Slim series never disappoint!
