    trying to get a bit organized here. Princess, your way of 'book keeping' the walks is so well organized. Do you, by any chance, have any German ancestors? :laugh:
    Ok, from now on I try because it's actually much better than having to check all my older posts.
    As of yesterday-
    Goal: 60
    So far: 33
    To go: 27

    This morning I did 1 mile (5 mile fat burning walk) plus 4 miles (4 mile power walk)
    Goal: 60
    So far: 38
    To go: 22

    LOL - Well, maybe just a little German in me. I write it down every day in a planner, looking at it every month gives a feeling of accomplishment! AND walking with all of you every month!

    I now know ALL the dialogue for Walk Your Belly Flat, 4 Mile Super Challenge and The 5 Day Slim Down workouts. And the giggles. Are giggles considered dialogue or are they sound effects? No matter, I know them all. Sometimes I hear the music when I'm in that state between falling asleep and sleep. I see this woman more than I see my husband.

    But, as following him around has never got me to goal... I'm going to stick with Leslie on this.

    LOL! I noticed the last time I did Walk Your Belly Flat, I could have done it with my eyes closed. My husband says she is silly, the muscles in the my legs and glutes are not silly though - HA!

    My DH said the same things as yours Princessf1. He asked me how I can stand it day after day. I told him I can because it works.

    LOL , I prefer to do her workouts early in the morning when hubby is still asleep. He used to do the 5 mile fat burning walk with me and liked it, but he has n't joined me for months now because he finds her annoying. When he gets up and I'm not finished he enters the room saying: "walk, walk, walk, Camillaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa":grumble:

    Did the 4 mile power walk again this morning. Now I'm down to .....oh, forgot it. Oops, have to check it. I am a bad book keeper:blushing:

    Haha. I think husbands are allergic to Leslie. Well, she's laughing all the way to the bank, I'm sure.

    Good late afternoon everyone. Lots of wonderful walking and running happening here. So very inspiring.

    I love to read everyone's posts from when I last logged in when I go back to copy/paste my last post to use when I enter my current walk. I am so astounded how our walk challenge group has grown by leaps and bounds.... and walks :drinker:

    Saturday:

    4 miles: Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles

    Goal for November: 60

    So far: 29 miles

    Have a wonderful weekend. Tomorrow is my free day so I shall see you all next week :flowerforyou:

    Count me in! I've walked with Leslie on and off for 3 years and walking works! Maybe if I know I have to report into someone I'll stay at it longer.

    Just finished my early morning walk and did 5 miles: 5day walk plan.
    Goal: 100 (60
    So far: 43
    To go: 17
    I have upped my goal to 100 since I walk almost every morning now. Should be doable

    Nov 5 - 4 mile power walk
    Nov 6 - 5 Mile Ultimate Walk
    Nov 7 - 4 Fast Miles, jogged 2 of those miles
    Nov 8 - 4 Fast miles, jogged 10 min, walk 2 min x3 times
    Nov 10 - 5 Fat Burning Miles, jogged 5 minutes x 5 times
    Nov 12 - 5 fat burning miles, jogged 5 minutes x 5 times
