Good morning:yawn: Got up early this morning and after feeding all furry friends I did 5 miles (5 really big miles) and I am thinking I could go back to bed again.... so tired :yawn:

Ok, according to my calculations, I have 31 miles left to go of the 150 miles I pledged to do on Nov. 1st.
So, off to get in 5 miles and lose some turkey weight.

Happy Monday! I have missed you all but really enjoyed the family time the past couple of days, especially with my sweet as sugar granddaughter. Took a walk on Thanksgiving morning with 2 of my sisters but have just rested since then. Back at it today and my good friend Luthien007 inspired me to get right into 5 Really Big Miles. LOL That is an awesome workout!

after so many rainy days/weeks it's been the second day in a row with lovely sunshine in the afternoon. So hubby and I had a long walk on the beach without Leslie 6 miles in just under 2 hours. I really enjoyed it
