WOW We are at 9 pages already and it is barely past 1/2 of November. Are we a rockin' and a rollin' (or rather walking :laugh: ) or what. So blessed to be walking with you all

I have found that doing her watp video helps to keep me sane and helps with my disease and easing some of the side effects of it. That is motivation enough to keep me doing it each day.0 -

Just did an early-Sunday-morning walk . Did my first ever Leslie dvd: 5 mile fat burning walk. All 5 miles done and I am determined to get these 100 in this month:drinker:

I am back...yeah.. my ring worm condition improved so much so can start to do the walking again.

Cerebral palsy really kicked in Sat night after workout. Extreme stiffness and pain.
Took planned rest day Sun; had to take Mon off too. Pain, stiffness from waist
down. Couldn't move much...will log miles in when I can. Thanks for prayers.0
