Just started the challenge today. And just starting her workout again. I hope to see better results then I have the previous times. Hopefully with friends for encouragement it will help stick with it. I am aiming for 15 miles this month. One mile down, that leave 14 more to do.0

Been doing Leslie's dvd Walking away the pounds for around a month now. Usually do the 2 or 3 mile, but decided it was time to do the 4 mile. Enjoyed it more than I thought I would and went by quicker than I expected.0

As of yesterday, I'm at 25 miles out of my goal of 50 this month. Right on target! I've been walking outside mostly, while I still can, and I live in a mountainous part of South Korea, so I think it's good for my glutes hehe. But it's really starting to get cold- fast. So I think I'll be doing mostly Leslie miles from here on out0
