Thanks for starting the new group.:drinker:
I'm on a draw at the moment, one to me, one to the LNS. :ohwell:
I've been away the past 2 days with my mum down in Dorset. We ate 3 picnics which were quite healthy and did a fair bit of walking and 13 miles of running up some mega muddy routes with amazing hills. But also lots of unhealthy bits to eat too.
But I'm back to work in the morning so my holiday mentality of pigging a bit will die down again.
Lets have a great month :flowerforyou:0 -

Thanks for the new thread, Dewdrop. Hi everyone...I've been MIA, but sooo appreciate this forum to report NO LNS'ing since the last time I posted. My life has been incredibly busy with being responsible for my Car Club's Newsletter, and being involved as an Officer of the Club (all volunteer)...and it is MIDNIGHT...and TEMPTED to LNS...but my Commitment is STRONGER NOT to do so... thanks to this forum...Anyway, my results since Nov. 1

I have been doing great, but, lately the habit to 'munch' has been creeping into my mind (and my stomach is growling) (after 8pm)...lol...Just happy for this forum, because I am committed that I will not mess up my record if I write it down. Hope everyone is doing well... Will log in tomorrow to report. Til then...STAY STRONG :drinker:0 -

Beeps, I keep saying this: we are doing this challenge especially because we have no perfect months. Glad to see you've gotten back on track after Sat - your numbers are very good!
Deb, you are amazing! Pretty much the exception to my rule above. I'm happy that after each perfect month you keep joining the next month's challenge and keep motivating us . I am glad to read that this challenge is worthwhile for you and hope that you are gentle to yourself. I also hope that you are having a satiable meal at 8, to keep your stomach from complaining later in the evening. :flowerforyou:0 -
I wanted to snack last night, but thought of you all and didn't!

I did snack mid afternoon today though in a big way (read piggy!!) therefore with a healthy tea was 300 cals over my allowance so just went on a 3 mile brisk walk to hopefully burn it off.
I have been waking really silly early the past week (5am ish) and really want to stop it. In the morn' I have a tough hill session to run so i am looking forward to my yummy breakfast of porridge
well done everyone :drinker:0 -

Thanks, Dewdrop, YOU are always soo encouraging! I have my moments where if I eat the wrong thing (sugar) before my cut off, ...my cravings go through the roof, and I AM grateful for this forum, because 'no matter what so far' I have been able to stop at 8pm (big smile) and I can report it where my Pals care. It is not that I may never slip...but it is a nice habit thanks to this Forum. Hugs!! :flowerforyou: back0 -

Off to bed now. I need my beauty sleep. The latest I've woken n the last week has been 6am (I don't have kids).
I ran 10 miles this morning in hill training. 21 reps split between two different hills. Then a cycle to the shops, then 2 walks with my mate and her dog, equalling about 3 miles I reckon. So overall a lovely day with lots of fresh air. I love autumn!!
My score is pretty good still
Me 6 :ohwell:
