I'm a little embarrassed about my results but I'll post them anyway....

    1) switch kicks 45 (1 counts as 1 set right, 1 on each leg?)
    2) power jacks 29
    3) power knees 55
    4) power jumps 15
    5) globe jumps 6
    6) suicide jumps 5
    7) push up jacks 11
    8) lower plank oblique 14

But at least I finished and did it all

Don't, and I say DON'T be embarrassed by your results. Everyone starts at different levels. A power lifter doesn't go into the gym and automatically be able to squat 860 lbs, it takes time and dedication to be where we all want to be. The key statement in your post is, "BUT AT LEAST I FINISHED AND DID IT ALL" That is dedication! You did a great job and should be proud of yourself, all of us are proud of you because you made it one step closer to finishing the entire program.

Thanks for the motivation - I have posted another thread about my thoughts on it so far. So nice to hear someone else say "you made it, that's the main thing, well done" thanks for your support!

Definitely don't be embarassed ! Remember one thing, that every single person here is different and has a different history. Some people might have a history of doing similar exercises to Insanity, some might be stronger than others and others faster. We're ALL coming from different backgrounds. What matters here, is that we're moving towards a common goal of improving ourselves. The only person that you have to compete with, is the person that you were yesterday. The rest of us and out results, think as cheerleaders and spectators at the football match : we all just want the team to win.

That is a KILLER Improvement! You probably will be at her level or higher when you get done. I really hate watching her workout, especially when Shaun T goes and talks about her! She is a beast, I dont think she is human LOL. Great Job!
