    I won't be posting my Fit test stats, because I haven't got all of the equipment. So, I can't get an honest number.However, I'll be posting all of my workouts The only days I won't are when I'm not on a computer or travelling.

    Do you have all the DVD's? If so, the fit test should be the first disc where you do the fit test.

    I am definitely performing better in each workout, but am definitely still out of shape. However, my fit test results are showing me that all this sweat is doing me good...

    Fit Test 1 - Fit Test 2
    Switch Kicks 84-103
    Power Jacks 19-29
    Power Knees 47-56
    Power Jumps 13-19
    Globe Jumps 6-7
    Suicide Jumps 5-8
    Push Up Jacks 0-6
    Low Plank Oblique 32-42

    I hate Globe Jumps, by the way.. and yes, I went from ZERO to 6 push up jacks. unbelievable.

    I have all of the exercises and dvds, I just don't have the equipment e.g. the agility ladder .Most of the Fit Test stuff seems to be based on the ladder. I even printed it out, before I realised I couldn't do it ;( Thanks for the help, though.

    Great job! I hate the Globe Jumps as well! They are incredibly hard. I always want to cheat and make small jumps but I know better. :)

    Power Jumps: 18
    Globe Jumps: 4
    Suicide Jumps: 6
    Push-Up Jacks: 10
    Low plank oblique: 39

    Week 3:

    Switch Kicks: 80
    Power Jacks: 40
    Power Knees: 60
    Power Jumps: 28
    Globe Jumps: 6
    Suicide Jumps: 10
    Push-Up Jacks: 20
    Low plank oblique: 56

    An improvement that I'm quite proud of. By the end of this, I'll be Tania status! Just kidding, she's beastly! :) Dip Deep my friends!

    I have carpal tunnel syndrome on my left wrist :( So its a pain to do the push up jacks.

    I didn't give today fit test 100% because I am sick but I can say I did better than the first week for sure
