You may have started slow, but I think that your form was probably much better also. I wish I had videoed myself doing my first and second fit tests to see if my form improved, which would naturally make it seem as though there is less improvement than there really is... Great Job!!!!0 -

I was getting discouraged because I haven't lost "weight" but obviously I am improving and can't wait for the next fit test to improve some more.

So, I did my first fit test today and it was pretty intense, but I liked it:)
It's awesome that I can see how much everyone has improved, it's really motivating!
