I will continue water aerobics (which I have come to love), walking and I will be adding tennis lessons next week. Taking a 4 week class with my motivating 2 friends; my bff and another MFPer (who calls her the "general":laugh: . Something else to add to our fitness routine. Should be fun0

Working out 6 days a week right now with rest day on Sunday. Walking, water aerobics and tennis. Really enjoying it all!0

I have completed 3 days of strength training this week, 3 days of Turbo jam, walked 3 miles daily, next week I want to add in some yoga at night!0

For the month of July I have set a goal of walking 30 miles. I'm off to a good start as I've already walked 10 miles as of yesterday. Also, I will continue with water aerobics, tennis and some strength training.0

30 miles again for August, climb Stone Mountain, water aerobics and tennis at least once a week.0

You have encouraged me to walk more. So I am only counting my exercise miles, not anything extra that I walk through the day! August has been a great walking month so far! Thanks Kar!0

This weekend I will be pretty active doing a lot of shopping, swimming and picking up furniture that I bought on Craigslist. A lot to do.0

You're very welcome! So far I'm having a pretty good month. But my treadmill died this week. I'm going to have to get outside more and also to the Wellness Center where I have a membership. Nothing's going to stop me...or you:)0 -
This upcoming week I plan to walk at least 4 days, 2 days of water aerobics and some strength training. As I stated above my Treadmill died but that will not stop me. I have plenty of Leslie Sansone Tapes for indoors.0

joined the YMCA here in my new neighborhood (cuz i just moved here in June)....cant wait to get started0

Next week is my busiest time at work but I'm determined to get my workouts in where I can. I will be at the office everyday and will not be working at home next week. That creates a challenge but I'm up for it! I plan to stop at the wellness center on my way home from work for water aerobics or workout on the elliptical/treadmill.0

Unfortunately, a family crisis and my busiest work week totally through off my schedule. Crisis is over and I've met all my work deadlines. Exercising and logging restarts today. Walking, water aerobics and strength training for me this coming week.0

I have been meeting my goal of an extra 10.000 steps a day all month. Now I want to add in a bit something at night. Fingers crossed!

Sister having baby right now! 12:20 Friday September 27, 2013! Will be running around getting things back and forth to and from hospital and her apartment and my apartment....a lot of running...gotta go..i will be very active this weekend0

Nothing planned for the weekend for this week. Have not had the time to think about it. I guess I will try to have a party on Sunday. I can get in activity in for that, but that's all I can think of right now. LOL0

Have to move a dresser out of my room and give to my sister. Loading and unloading from 3 flights of stairs will be fun! I will be loosing 10 pounds alone just for that....lol0

Tennis and practice. But I also need to walk a couple of days as well. I've decided not to let the govt. shutdown ruin my progress. I will get back to work soon...hopefully Congress will make that happen...in the meantime I will use this time to workout more. I gave my house a needed cleaning from top to bottom. This weekend I will get in the closets and pantry and reorganize.0

Going to get niece and nephew pic for Christmas made this weekend. Its been a long time since I have had to take care of more than one child at one time. LOL. It will be interesting. LOL.0
