    Hi Everybody,
    I have walked 1 mile everyday this month. That's 22 miles!!!!! I am amazed at myself. I can recall when I could not even do a mile, and now I have done 22. I have been battling upper resp infection the last few days, so I had to do my daily mile in segments, but I did it. It is so true that the greatest journey begins with the first step (paraphrasing the famous saying).

    Due to being sick....I'm behind on my miles & honestly can't even remember how many miles I was up to. I believe I had 15 to go. But just happy I can get back to walking now. 1 more mile down today.
