I totally also love that quote about binging/diet and killing someone/accidentally injuring... It makes total sense. I know whenever I go slightly off with my diet I tend to say, "Scr*w it" and go wild... I need to gently guide myself back on track instead of totally "ruining" that day with a binge.

UGGHHHH the binge won yesterday. Actually I just had a craving for something and finally caved after a couple of hours of craving it...fooled myself once again into thinking I could have this food in controlled amounts...WRONG. UGH.
Today will be better. I have GOT to get out of diet mode.0 -
I downloaded a Stop Binge Eating hypnosis track. Hopefully it will start to work. After today's binge, I had the thought (from the hypnosis track) "You are stronger than your urge to binge." Hopefully I can think of that BEFORE a binge next time!!!

Not doing very well so far.
Had biggest binge since pre december early this morning, I think I was stressed because my bf was going for a long bike ride and I tend to get competitive and felt I would have to do the same, and this compelled me to binge, which of course meant I didn't get any exercise done. I feel pretty crap, that was enough to gain another Ib.0 -

Logged all food every day this month.
Yesterday was a miracle or something. I ended up eating junk in the afternoon but logged it and somehow it didn't turn into a binge. I think that "somehow" is because I feel uncomfortable from weight gain so that helped me not go for more. But I'm not fooling myself into thinking I can control that specific food just because I did yesterday. So after that I didn't have many calories left for the day but I wasn't hungry so didn't eat them. Yay! Amazing.
Decided to stay off the scale for a week, as I know that is keeping me obsessed, crazy and in diet mode. I don't like it when I feel like that so I'm taking suggestions from my awesome mfp friends and hopefully I will get out of that craziness.
