    Hey, I've been doing these all so far, thanks for posting some structured activities to follow.

    Burst of cardio for you today...

    20 jumping jacks/star jumps
    20 high knees (boh side counts as 1)
    20 jumping jacks/star jumps

    20s wall sit

    20s wall sit

    Anyway today:

    15 squats
    10 jump squats
    15s wall sit
    10 squats
    5 jump squats
    15s wall sit

    30s plank
    20 crunches
    10 free choice - choose any of the above
  • Done these. Getting easier! Can really feel that plank!

    @suzmathew: Well done! Glad it's getting eaier…that means I can make them harder :tongue: Plank is one of my fav exercises…wit till we start adding bits on!

    Okie cokie….sorry spent to much time with my 3yr old today!

    16 press-ups/push ups
    14 mountain climbers
    12 squats
    10 crunches
    8 press ups/push ups
    6 mountain climbers
    4 burpees
    2 squat jumps

    I still cant do a regular pushup and im probably not doing any of the exercises completely correctly - but i am enjoying the process. Thanks Adam

    Sorry for the missed days…had a crazy week and havent been online!

    Ok so because we've missed a day or 2….we gonna push a little harder with this one….but remeber your own limits!

    10 burpees
    20 press ups/push ups
    30 mountain climbers
    40 star jumps/jumping jacks
    50s jogging high knees
    40 jumping rope/skipping (you dont need a rope just do the action!)
    30 squats
    20 crunches
    10 tricep dips

    20s plank
    10 crunches
    20 reverse crunches
    30 mountain climbers

    20s Plank
    10 mountain climbers

    20 mountain climbers
    30 crunches

    This is a HARD session compared to some of the others but give it ago and if you struggled with the last abs session half reps of everything!

    SOOOO Hard. but I managed it with just a short break inbetween each. Now Im going to go die.

    Its Sunday!

    So…try and get a 20min walk outside!

    If it's too cold, icy or snowy and you dont fancy getting out, spend 10-15mins stretching!

    Sundays are all about relaxing!

    lol, i totally get that. my cat loves to help me - i can even admit to accidentally hitting him with the pedal of my bike cause he wanted to be part of the action.

    SORRY for not posting workouts the last few days! I've been a bit preoccupied with a little one in hospital so haven't had a chance to get on here…

    OK so becuse you guys have had a few days off already….tomorrow won't be the usual easy walk! :bigsmile:

    With it being late sat evening (UK time) I will post one for sat but don't worry if you don't get it done!

    20 jumping jacks
    20 squats
    20 lunges (lunges - 10 each side)
    5 jump squats (if these are too hard….hold your squat in the "lower position for 3 secs")
    20 jumping jacks
    20 squats
    20 lunges (lunges - 10 each side)
    5 jump squats (if these are too hard….hold your squat in the "lower position for 3 secs")
