    Next challenge!

    This one is different, for me Sunday is all about relaxing….well kind of! So I thought we'd incorporate that into todays challenge

    5-10 min gentle walk/jog/run
    5-10 min stretch

    15 squats
    10 jump squats
    15s wall sit
    10 squats
    5 jump squats
    15s wall sit

    Ok so after my mess up today…I've decided to start posting a day in advance…as there are people all over the world and some like to do it in the morning!

    So 8/1/12 or 1/8/12

    30 jumping jacks/star jumps
    20 crunches
    10 press ups/pushups
    30 jumping jacks
    20s plank
    10 tricep dips using a chair

    I've been sick for the past couple of days so haven't done the challenges but keep 'em coming. I'm so ready to kick this cold and get back to my workouts.

    10 free choice - choose any of the above

    @suzmathew: Well done! Glad it's getting eaier…that means I can make them harder :tongue: Plank is one of my fav exercises…wit till we start adding bits on!

    I still cant do a regular pushup and im probably not doing any of the exercises completely correctly - but i am enjoying the process. Thanks Adam
