    10 mountain climbers
    10 crunches
    10 reverse crunches
    10s plank
    10 heel to heel crunches
    10 reverse crunches
    10 crunches
    10 mountain climbers

    Abs should be burning a little with this one! :wink:

    Im happy there is enough furniture in my office to help me up after this one...I dont like you right now Adam. (But I do want to try this one again.Im insane)

    Sorry for the missed days…had a crazy week and havent been online!

    Ok so because we've missed a day or 2….we gonna push a little harder with this one….but remeber your own limits!

    10 burpees
    20 press ups/push ups
    30 mountain climbers
    40 star jumps/jumping jacks
    50s jogging high knees
    40 jumping rope/skipping (you dont need a rope just do the action!)
    30 squats
    20 crunches
    10 tricep dips

    20s plank
    10 crunches
    20 reverse crunches

    This is a HARD session compared to some of the others but give it ago and if you struggled with the last abs session half reps of everything!

    SOOOO Hard. but I managed it with just a short break inbetween each. Now Im going to go die.

    Its Sunday!

    So…try and get a 20min walk outside!

    If it's too cold, icy or snowy and you dont fancy getting out, spend 10-15mins stretching!

    Sundays are all about relaxing!

    20 star jumps/jumping jacks
    10 crunches
    10 squats
    10 press ups (modify as needed, but try and push yourself!)
    20 star jumps
    10 crunches
    10 squats
    10 press ups
    20 star jumps

    lol, i totally get that. my cat loves to help me - i can even admit to accidentally hitting him with the pedal of my bike cause he wanted to be part of the action.

    SORRY for not posting workouts the last few days! I've been a bit preoccupied with a little one in hospital so haven't had a chance to get on here…

    OK so becuse you guys have had a few days off already….tomorrow won't be the usual easy walk! :bigsmile:

    With it being late sat evening (UK time) I will post one for sat but don't worry if you don't get it done!

    20 jumping jacks
    20 squats
    20 lunges (lunges - 10 each side)
    5 jump squats (if these are too hard….hold your squat in the "lower position for 3 secs")
    20 jumping jacks
    20 squats
    20 lunges (lunges - 10 each side)
    5 jump squats (if these are too hard….hold your squat in the "lower position for 3 secs")
