    I am so happy!!!!! I am also so sore! I feel like 2 days after my first ever day at the gym, but that is because I have switched up my workouts and am probably using muscles I wasn't before.

    Great job in staying focus. I will continue to stay focus despite no loss for me. I was diappointed this morning as Monday's weigh-in scale reading was .8 less and today was .8 more. Let's keep it moving, don't get discourage.

    Not up enough to be concerned, but not exactly what I was expecting. BF% reading held steady at 23.3% and I lost .25 inches around the belly. So I guess we will wait and see what happens this next week. New work out plan and slowly increasing calories to support the work may take a while to balance out. Or my body could just be about done playing the weight loss game. What ever it is, I still have fitness goals to work towards.

    Sorry but this is a reality check for me. I will continue to focus on my diet. Need a reality check, TOM, water and/or whatever excuse. Need to commit to diet alone!

    Try to take it in stride! Focus on your eating the next few weeks and set goals that revolve around that. And no need to apologize. We all hit a bump in the road at some point and start to see what needs to get changed. You can do this!

    A day late on my normal weigh-in, but I inadvertently consumed WAY too much sodium Sunday night and I know it messed up my weight for Monday morning. I was at 127 yesterday and then 125 today. My waist didn't change overnight and my BF% measurement wasn't much different so I know the water weight was Monday's problem. I learned a valuable lesson in checking all ingredients before making a recipe. And just FYI....Frank's Red Hot Sauce is about all sodium so use sparingly.
