I'm back!!!!! Sorry that I have been so quiet lately. My future father in law had major surgery last week and we've been insanely busy with that. Thankfully he is doing well and is now cancer free!!! Our engagement pictures have been bumped up 2 months so I am more than dedicated to being able to fit into my dream dress by the end of April! The scale fairy still has my scale and is not fully convinced that I can handle seeing it again. I keep asking but I may not get it back until the end of the month. I had gotten so obsessed with the scale that it was detrimental to my mental wellbeing and our relationship. I was seriously weighing myself 8 times a day (I'm not even kidding). I'm dedicated to making these last 4 weeks count and I know that I've gained some weight in the past couple of weeks but my goal is to just break even on the challenge. I'm running a lot more now and lifting weights more regularly. We can do this! Hope everyone is having a great week so far!0
