    I've lost 1.3lbs this week so thank you all who gave me advice. I cut my calorie burn to 600 and ate a little more and it looks like it works!
    So that's 10lbs since 2 January.
    Well done, all you MFPs, for getting through another week. Hope it was successful.

    Lose another 4 lbs in 6 days. So not going to happen, but I'm still happy with losing 13 so far..
    And... Just this week, I officially have lost 100 lbs in 50 weeks. It's all good.
