I've been on Medifast since the first week of February. I have lost 20.5 lbs. I walk 2 miles 3 times a week.

I would have lost more but I was not 100% on plan for about a week (or more). Otherwise, I'm pleased with the weight I have lost.

I was on Meidfast May 2011 to Feb 2012. I've maintained 70+ pounds of the 72 I lost (gained muscle strength recently!). I feel much better at goal weight.

I lost 75lbs in 10 months. AND I have kept it off for more than a year!

The true meaning of success when it comes to medifast. Congrats!!

My goal is another 22 (for 30lbs total).

Great losses everyone! Keep it up!

I started Medifast in July of 2009. Started transition in Oct 2010. I lost 125+ lbs and have maintained within 5 lbs of my goal weight since then. As cliche as it sounds Medifast truly helped me change my life.

I was on for 4 months and lost 70 pounds. I am just now starting maintenance after following 4 weeks of transition (another 10 pounds off during transition for a total of over 80 pounds). I know my weight came off faster than most - I was OP the entire time and drank a ton of water daily.

I just discovered the myfitnesspal site and am now tracking all my stuff here now. Much better site than Medifast's.

I recommend their forums for recipes and references to other sites for ways to prepare the foods better.

    Two Questions:

If I hit a plateau or I'm not meeting expectations, just stick with it and the results will come?

I should ignore the warning I get when I complete the daily food journal about starvation mode?

Thank you in advance for your responses. - Chef Schnauzer
