I was scared because I had a high day in terms of food and sodium yesterday, but I almost kissed the scale this morning when I saw I maintained 143. Big family party tomorrow, so today is a low carb day again!

The Lost Weekend. Family reunion. I tried to keep it within reason, but also wanted to enjoy myself. I am up a few lbs this morning but I think it's just water and will come back off fast.

My son's bday weekend was fabulous! We had so much fun and good food the whole weekend! I was moving around all weekend but no real formal exercising went on. Now I am on full throttle though!

Once this cycle is done, I likely won't be continuing to 'attempt' this way of eating. I think its great and effective but for some reason, and maybe it was just the timing, its been really hard for me to do it. And I've done paleo, primal, low carb, AND keto style eating so I'm thinking its just the timing as to why I couldn't wrap my head fully around actually doing the cycle as planned. But its all good, I see a downward trend in my inches and pounds so maybe I don't have to be quite so strict yet? Either way, I enjoy seeing how your day was eating and weight wise. I will miss that when you do T25!!!!0 -
I totally agree, this is one of those types of plans where you have to be really mentally focused because you are temporarily cutting out a LOT! :-)0

Ok so I didn't quite reach my goal but I did totally lose some, and I am feeling much more in control. Going to attempt another stretch of 17. That will bring me to the end of the month...0 -
Yesterday I was RAVENOUS! Doing two workouts a day is making me feel like a monster! But that's probably a good thing. I expect tomorrow's weigh in to be a bit better, but my body is CRAZY. It loses when it wants too. But its worth noting that over the past week I have lost a half of an inch in my waist and a fourth of an inch at my belly button. So I can totally see that I am getting leaner although the doggone scale isn't saying it. But I have 8 days to lose 9.2 lbs if I want to make it to my goal. Ummmmmmmm, yeah, like THAT can happen. But I'm going to try to get as close to it as I can.

OMG...so are we on the same cycle or something!?!?!?! I popped in to say I'm starting another cycle as well and I see you thought the same thing! I have T25 too! I promise, I'm not a stalker either...this is all just pure COINCEDENCE!
My plan is to start tomorrow as day 1 and eat strictly according to the meal plan on my app. I already have some chicken and fish for my protein and I'm sure tuna will be in there somewhere. I just need to get some yogurt and a couple other things. Here's to a SUCCESSFULL 17 days for US!

You know some days when you can just tell the scale is going to go down big time! That was yesterday. I had a big whoosh and lost 3 lbs overnight. Down in the 130s again. Please please please let me not see the 140s again!!!!

Confession- we reluctantly hosted a family birthday part and I ate some hot dogs, potato salad, and cake. Which is why my weight is up a bit. Family parties will always be a weakness for me- I don't feel comfortable being the odd man out. They already think I am obsessed with being thin because I work out all the time.

Ugh I am having a difficult time of it. Low energy at a time when I really need high energy. lots of carb cravings. This is one of the most stressful work weeks of my work year, typically. I don't feel like I have energy to work out or stay positive.
