    Down to 138.6 this morning. That hasn't even really registered with me mentally, I feel like I just was adjusting to 139!

    One thing this way of eating is teaching me, is how "unclean" some of the sauces and dressings I was using are. Like I can't eat tonight's dinner pf pulled pork and coleslaw, even though we use lowfat sauces, they are full of sugars and chemicals. I need to start researching some clean versions, maybe make them into icecubes are something so I can use them over time, since they will have no preservatives.

    My rules for myself are as follows:
    30-60 minutes exercise per day
    Induction menu, under 20g net carbs, over 100g protein, 1350 cals gross MFP goal. (gonna stop logging exercise for awhile)

    Down another pound! I hit my goal measurements this morning. Like my GOAL measurements!!! That I have had for years! My waist is 29.75 inches! 137.4 pounds. You know when people say the weight is just " falling off"?
    Still consider myself a 17dd person rather than an atkins person though. I just needed to do the extreme to get these last five off.

    I feel fantastic. Like I have twice the energy I used to have. I don't know where my diet is going to settle at the end of all this, but I do know I don't want to go back to how I felt before. I really was depressed and had no energy. So I am going to have to be very cautious about how I add back foods in, and find out which ones feel great and which ones make me feel like crap. Slightly nervous about that, as I worry some of the negative foods will be my faves, as is always the case.....

    UP this morning by two pounds to 138.6. Feeling poofy, ate a fair amount of cheese and salt yesterday. Also felt really nauseated so I drank baking soda and water. We all know this is a game of water weight at this point (game of thrones? Lol) and truthfully 138 feels more accurate in terms of how my body looks, so this is more my true weight. That's okay lots of time.
    Still, I was only 1 lb away?!! Grrrrr......it's the 142 situation all over again.

    Lots of activity this weekend! Getting a little tired of the limited variety of food, but it's not much longer now...

    The pisser is, my stomach skin is just shredded, in the bad sense of the word. Two pregnancies with huge weight gain, I have about 5 lbs of loose skin on my belly. The lower my weight goes, the more obvious it becomes. The belly skin just doesn't "match" the rest of my body, it's all wrinkly and elephanty. So even though I am slim enough now to wear a bikini, I probably won't because it just invites people into my business a little too much, if that makes sense. I don't want people looking at it. Big sigh. :sad:

    I have been back and forthing about whether I will be ready to stop when I hit 135. I think I "could" go lower, but for my sanity I need to maintain there for awhile. Yesterday was a gorgeous sunny day, I was hanging out with the family on the deck, and I couldn't even have a light beer or share in the ice cream or have corn on the cob because I am on this rigid program. I am tired of that, I want to and deserve to live a little. This is not rebellion talking, because I am not using this rationale to go out and blow my diet. I will stick with it. But dangit I want to enjoy the summer. And that means watermelon, beer, the occasional slurpee or freezee. Maintenance. Pleasure.:drinker: That will be my mission soon enough, to enjoy without gaining.

    C'mon 2.8 lbs to go!!!!

    Must stop eating cheese.

    It has always stalled me out. Enough! But I am losing it a bit today since my weight is UP today, which is mathematically impossible! I am switching in some almonds yogurt and flaxseed today. It's not classic induction but I will still be under 15% carbs, and my body is screaming for, um, some probiotics lol.

    Funny. I allowed myself some yogurt yesterday and it didn't even taste that good, had to kinda choke it down. My skin looks fantastic by the way. Whatever I am not eating right now is really working for me. Wish I knew what. Nothing bothers my tummy and that's always the clue.

    I ate 4 turkey franks for dinner last night. Full of sodium and nitrites, basically junk food, although they were from the farmers market where we get our meat. I had huge pillow creases in my face this morning, lol, retaining water like mad! It always goes to my face. I'm like a face camel.

    Did yoga last night and pilates. Almost got my heels to the mat in down dog!
    And this is TMI but I haven't pooped in days lmao.

    Ok first off I will be AWOL for a few days. Getting my eye laser surgery finally! So if I don't update that's cause I can't see my phone lol.

    Yesterday was... Interesting. I haven't had a craving in weeks because of the low carb, and out of nowhere I get this vicious craving for the grilled veggie wrap they sell down in the cafe- not muffins not cake lol, a veggie wrap. Nothing was going to keep me from it. I inhaled that sucker and man was it good lol. Then later in the day I made the mistake of googling eye surgeries and then had a massive attack of nerves that led to two vodkas and a lot of dark chocolate lmao. Other than that I kept it together. My weight was DOWN 1.5 this morning. :huh: I have given up trying to understand.

    So since I get to spend the next week reclining in dark rooms, I am going to stick with the low carb. Bringing in more yogurt and cottage cheese. After eliminating it for a week I am satisfied it doesn't bother my digestion now that I am eating it again. I have to watch the nuts and cheese still I think. Wonder if I can see my goal before the end of the month?

    Hi Guys (if anyone is still reading this lol)

    After spending 5 days in a dark room healing, I had lots of time to think. This struggle for the last five pounds is killing my soul. The length of self-deprivation, weird food rules, and general osbsessiveness I have to go to to get there is simply...not worth it. I am feeling pretty good in my body, and I am never going to be a runway model, not do I strive to be one. i am still into fitness and eating well, but I need to back off from the obsessiveness. I am missing out on a whole glorious world out there because I am letting this weight loss goal dominate my thoughts. It's just not healthy for me. I am almost effortlessly maintaining 140-142 without tracking. Let's bleeping face it, this is a set point for me lol.
    Maybe when we go to Hawaii in the fall I will take another run at it, who knows, but for now I want to move on to other things! So I'll be around, but not daily tracking. Gonna eat some granola and drink some wine!:drinker:

    I am so proud of you and your honesty! I hope we stay in touch on MFP:). I had a great vacation in Disney with my fam...and lots of fun with little guy!!! I did not eat like a fool, but enjoyed myself. Walked ALOT...gained 4 pounds. All is well:) Your words help me not to beat myself up for the gain. I will keep an eye out for you online...keep me posted:drinker:

    Hmmmm.... Crawling back to say ugh I gained it back because I just totally went off track.
    I could make a bunch of excuses but meh- i knew what i was doing. i just wanted to have fun more than i wanted to feel healthy.
    Since this is my place to be honest lol. I am starting back on the 17dd because it is a sure fire jumpstart that I really need. I go to Hawaii in 4 months and I have a serious goal...135. Right now I am 145. So whether or not anyone reads this, here I go starting tomorrow.

    My rules are as follows: C1 plan, 1200 net, 50-75g carbs per day, 8 veggies per day, 2 fruits, 30-60 mins exercise per day. Have a family party on July 13th so that will be a little blip on the radar....
