ME TOO!! WOW!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! WAY TO GO!!!0

Hi all! I'm new to this group and finally have some photos where I can see progress.
I started my journey in May of 2013 at 138 lbs. Basically I just wanted to drop about five lbs. I cut grain and white potatoes from my diet and ended up dropped 10lbs. Though thinner than I'd been in years, I wasn't crazy about my lower body. I felt thick through the middle and my butt needed help. I also had what I called "Q-tip legs". Skinny at the bottom and flaring out to bigger thighs, like Q-tips, lol.
I'm an aerialist by hobby, so my arms and core get plenty of work. The legs not so much. I joined the LIfetime Fitness by my work and started a modified SL program (I skip the arms and back work) in September 2013. I do squats, stiff legged deadlifts, single leg romanian deadlifts, barbell lunges and barbell glute bridges. I usually do 5x3 or 8x3 with consistent weight progression.
Everything has been progressing really well. I lift twice per week. Had a minor set back with an overuse injury back in January, but I'm back on track now. I think I'm finally seeing some visible difference in my thighs. And strangely, my waist looks smaller. Measurements are all about the same, so it's hard to tell there. Though I've gained a few pounds, I guess I'm basically doing a recomp.
Anyway, here they are. September, 2013 ~ 128 lbs.

February 2014 ~ 131 (though the next morning I was 129.5)

Ha! Yeah, it's the best/easiest place to take photos. I've been taking the same shots there for several years now.0 -

Ok so this is my first time posting a progress picture in a while. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my progress, I'm now the same BF% as I was this time last year, even though I weigh 5 pounds more (stupid scale!)
The bottom picture is from early January, where I was 29.2% BF and ~156 pounds, and the top is from this morning (April 2) where I'm 27.3% BF and ~149 pounds.
ETA: Yay picture worked!

wow, rugby! Great work! You can tell things have tightened up!0

Thanks! It's small changes right now, but I'm decently happy with my progress. If I keep up going at this rate, I should actually be ready to wear a two piece bathing suit out in public by the time it gets warm enough here (June-July).0

I think you could wear a 2 piece now. I hear ya on the small changes. That's the way it is with me, too.0
