I skipped a day!!! I know some people take rest days, but I haven't. I did miss one day between level 1 and level 2, but I tried to do level 3 that day, it was just way too hard for me. But yesterday was Mothers Day and we went out of town to see my mom and grandmother and I walked after dinner last night, but I did not shred! I got right back to it today though...and am glad I did!! I just have to keep going!0

I did day 2 today and like someone else mentioned I had to take a pause to see how she was doing some of the positions. It felt like a faster workout though compared to level 1. I need to improve plank form, I didn't realize arms are at shoulder it was much easier doing it incorrectly!0
