    Good morning everyone!

    We're getting close to the end of our first week. I have to say that it's been very motivating to see everyone pushing hard. So far, I'm at 1919 calories burned so pretty much on plan.:)

    Hey everyone,

    It's been so inspiring to read everyone's progress this week. Well done!
    I have basically kept to my goal and this was in spite of a 'cheat day' yesterday when I ate a massive creamy salmon pasta in Soho (London). I'm really glad that I can indulge and still reach my goals.

    Here is my week with Sunday almost finished.

    Monday - 1095
    Tuesday - 825
    Wednesday - 702
    Thursday - 567
    Friday - 918
    Saturday - negative 230
    Sunday - 850

    Total calories burned this week: 4727
    Goal this week: 4000

    Yay! I'm really happy with my progress. Hopefully next week will be just as good. Keep going everyone!

    5/4 - 109 cal - 1.2 mile walk (it was rainy)
    5/5 - 216 cal - 2.4 mile walk

    Wow, so many of you have already met/exceeded their weekly goals.

    For this week I'm at 2911. It's above what I had planned but I also ate more than I was supposed to so I need to go the extra mile tomorrow as well.

    Today I burned more than double my daily goal! As a result, I have made my weekly totals! (pat on back). One more day to go! I'm feeling pretty good about this :)

    I woke up early for a 6 am workout and I'm at a total of 3268 for the first week. I'm pleased but I know I could be doing even more.

    So for week one I logged 2,332 calories burned. Although I know this is a good number for me, it was a really odd week! So I am shooting for 3,000 calories for next week!:happy:

    I've started off horribly. Only got in 737 logged calories. I only log the purposeful exercise not just daily activity. Have to get going this week if I plan on getting anywhere near my goal for the month.
