No walk last night because of a broken down car on the way home (maybe entertaining the 2 year old in the car while we waited for the tow truck should count ) I did manage to get Monday and Tuesday though. Hoping to get extra in tonight and tomorrow to make up for Saturday. I know I won't get much in that day, but something is better than nothing.0 -

My personal goal is going to be 600 minutes of exercise effort, completing a 5K race at a 9:30 mile pace or better, and dropping a couple more pounds.
June 1st 80 minutes, beach walking and hiking the biggest Sand Dune on the Oregon Coast.

6/5 - 27 mins elliptical, squats and crunches challenge Day 2
I'm guessing the challenge stuff takes about 10 mins per day right now, so I'm at 77 mins... 923 to go! LOL
I will catch up now since I had been dealing with a nagging knee injury. Still dealing, but trying to work it out!0 -

June 3 - 45 min work out
June 4 - 30 min walk
June 5 - 55 min strength training/ run

Had a consult today about getting Lasik, still now sure I'm ready to take the plunge.0 -

45 minutes today of running including a walk for warm up & cool down. That puts me at 221 for the month. 779 to go!0
