    No walk last night because of a broken down car on the way home (maybe entertaining the 2 year old in the car while we waited for the tow truck should count :wink: ) I did manage to get Monday and Tuesday though. Hoping to get extra in tonight and tomorrow to make up for Saturday. I know I won't get much in that day, but something is better than nothing.

    6/5 - 27 mins elliptical, squats and crunches challenge Day 2

    I'm guessing the challenge stuff takes about 10 mins per day right now, so I'm at 77 mins... 923 to go! LOL

    I will catch up now since I had been dealing with a nagging knee injury. Still dealing, but trying to work it out!

    June 4th= 71 minutes on treadmill
    June 5th-24 minutes walking to work from parking lot
    June 6st-91 minutes jogging/fitnes walking 7 miles.
    June 7th-86 minutes doing 6.65 miles jogging/fitness walking
    442 total with 558 left to go

    45 minutes today of running including a walk for warm up & cool down. That puts me at 221 for the month. 779 to go!

    June 1st 80 minutes, beach walking and hiking the biggest Sand Dune on the Oregon Coast.
    June 6th 120 minutes of gardening, I am so counting it!
    June 7th 200 minutes of gardening, lots of squatting, pulling and lifting

    Made buffulo burgers on the BBQ, ate outside nice.

    50 minutes Gold's Gym Cardio boxing. I didn't burn as many calories as usual. We got the Wii U so I had to start fresh with a brand new profile and unlock everything :ohwell: Also got in 20 minutes of strength.

    My personal goal is going to be 600 minutes of exercise effort, completing a 5K race at a 9:30 mile pace or better, and dropping a couple more pounds.

    June 1st 80 minutes, beach walking and hiking the biggest Sand Dune on the Oregon Coast.
    June 6th 120 minutes of gardening, I am so counting it!

    Had a consult today about getting Lasik, still now sure I'm ready to take the plunge.

    Interesting! I always wanted to try Lasik. What are the issues to consider before taking the plunge?

    After a weekend break, I'm back at it! Proud to say I got in 90min this morning, yay!!
