June 1st 80 minutes, beach walking and hiking the biggest Sand Dune on the Oregon Coast.
June 6th 120 minutes of gardening, I am so counting it!
June 7th 200 minutes of gardening, lots of squatting, pulling and lifting
June 9th 60 minutes = 20 minute walk and 40 minute Kettle bell lifting.
June 13th 60 minutes= 38 mins interval running about three plus miles, then 22 min body weight exercises.
June 14th 60 minutes=3.5 miles of walking to track, running 2.5 miles and walking home
June 17 30 mins= Running/walking intervals about 3 miles. Four day count down to 5K.....
June 19th 45 mins= 3 ish miles running with friend
June 22nd 45 mins= warm up and 5K, not my best time, but recovery is much better, no at all sore.
June 24th 30 mins= kettle bell, RAMP, body weight exercises.
At 730, on target, as my goal was 600 minutes for the month and completing my 5K. I might ekk out a drop on the scale too.
I made it on the scale dropped two pounds at least month so I have met my goals for June! Now I have be careful this weekend, camping which tends to be fattening for me due to all the outdoor cooking.

okay, I was able to get back out today and do a couple more miles, would have done my 6, but for some reason my GPS was not acting right, it was way off. Im just going to add what it gave me, but I did more then this

Yes, it really makes a difference. I have been getting back in to clothes that I brought right before I got preggo with my daughter who will be 4 next month. That alone builds up my motivation. Thanks.0 -

LOL Mel, this time of year, I really get motivated cause its nice and hot outside and I love workingout out doors. I am so not the one to work out in the winter, I try but I see more results that I want when I do it outside. I am way to anemic for the winter.0 -

I'm afraid I won't meet goal this month :ohwell: I've had a sharp pain in my upper left thigh since my last work out. Adding to it: yesterday, my left knee started up and the sciatica is back on my right side. :noway: I am all banged up! :grumble:
