Barbie I wouldn't want to hold a leash while doing those exercises. I hooked the dog leash to a tree while I did my run, calisthenic, jog thing. She laid in the shade and watched me jog back and forth on the field. You're having a very busy summer.0 -

Hi all. I am ready to join the challenge again. I would like to do 100 crunches/situps/backlifts in 100 days. I am working on strenghthening my core. I have some beautiful sculptured muscles in my thighs after completing the l00 squats in 100 days challenge and going to spinning class. Who knew I could grow muscles? I like them! Who knew I would like to exercise? Then again who knew I would begin to crave vegetables. My life has changed a lot doing my first year on MFP. I look forward to giving and receiving support!

:bigsmile: MuffRuff, I had to comment. 800 squats lunges and leg extentions in two days and you noted you took a day off! Only on this thread would that be considered a day OFF!:laugh: I am so inspired to add squats and lunges to my workout. I bet you have some beautiful thigh muscles for sure!0 -
