I did this circuit I found on pinterest last night. I used the 20 lbs sandbag with the squats, squat jumps, and lunges. I also did 16 lunges instead of 15 lunges, so that both legs had equal reps.
done the first 50 star jumps and high knees earlier this evening - they were fine, done the rest of the moves while my bath was running and nearly died. Could only do one round! I am so unfit. Gonna try do 2 rounds tomorrow and 3 the next day0 -

Yesterday was:
Bodyrock workout: used lighter weights for the 2 exercises, so I could do weights afterward
1) Butteryfly: 28/28
2) Side to Side Burpees:10/11
3) Toe Touch: 18/20
4) 10 Mountain Climbers 10 Star Planks: 2.5/3
5) Seated Raise - 8lbs medicine ball: 20/22
6) Wood Chop - 8lbs medicine ball: 18/20
Weight training: I upped my weights by 10lbs on every lifts
5x5x5x5x5 75lbs squats
5x5x5x5x5 75lbs deadlifts
5x3x3x4x3 45lbs shoulder presses
5x5x5x5x5 25lbs skullcrushers
10 pull ups (30 sec breaks between pull ups)
10x10x10 hanging knee raises0 -
Done 10 mins yesterday and my god i thought i was going to stop breathing. 20 mins tomorrow whether my body likes it or not!0

I've also been lifting and its awesome!
Yesterday's workout was
1. Goblet squats 30kgx6, 25 x8, 22.5x10
2. Bench press 30kg x 6, 25x8, 20x10
3. Deadlifts 55kgx4, 50x6, 45x8
And then I did the latest ZWOW (25)
which was 30 competition burpees "buy in" to the workout and then 3 rounds of the following for time
1. Pylo fly (squat jumps) x 20
2. Squat and press with bar x 15
3. Lateral jump touch x 10
4. Ab splitters x 5
and completed it in 14''30 !
Sorry I havent posted in a while, been mostly lifting 3x a week and I don't want to overdue it with the HIIT, but I miss it as well so I think Ill incorporate a ZWOW or Bodyrock routine once or twice a week either after lifting or on my rest days0 -
I did the warm up from yesterday, and then followed with weight training. The warm up could be a workout by itself. I didn't keep track of the scores.0

I've just been doing reps lately - the BR trainers are driving me mad not posting a new workout everyday :grumble:0 -
I've been doing BR as my warm up, so not using weights with the moves. And I am not working out everyday like I used to since now my husband and I switch off days.0

I just do reps now due to having work early in the morning meaning im too tired to do a 12 minute workout (as silly as that sounds) . Plus the trainers are annoying me once again, Lisa is barely around and its just got too fancy for my liking.0
