    Happy Monday !!
    Week Challenge:
Sodium.... Stay under your sodium for this week. Your team can earn 1 point for each day you are under. That means each person can earn 6 points and every team can earn an extra 30 points in this team challenge.

    Monday - 8/13 - legs
Tabata video (4 min workout) do twice if you are advanced

This weeks only week-long challenge is to stay under your sodium goal, the water and fruits/veg challenges are done. I believe that the default MFP sodium goal is 2,500. Some people have other goals, mine is 1,500-2,000 as recommended by my doctor. So, if you do not have a specific goal already set, just use the MFP goal of 2,500. We will each earn one point for each day we stay under that goal.

Please remember to report everything by Sunday night. Belinda updates the scores on Monday morning and I want us to get credit for what we have done. Once she has gone over the sheets we cannot go back and make changes.

Your weight is required on Sunday and your measurements will be due at the end of the month. Please turn in the following information before you go to bed on Sunday.

8/13 - exercises done? Under sodium?
8/14 - exercises done? Under sodium?
8/15 - exercises done? Under sodium?
8/16 - exercises done? Under sodium?
8/17 - exercises done? Under sodium?
8/18 - exercises done? Under sodium?

    New weight: ______

Thank you and GO GET 'EM !!
