    What's your favorite exercise? Right now, rock climbing, but I'd love to get into fencing again. I like action in my work out.

    My name is Sarah, I live in Sydney Australia, my cheat food is dark chocolate and my motivation issues are holding me back.... My favorite exercises are running and boxing and I would love to get into spin classes (so far Ive done 1), my biggest trouble spot is my inner thighs, no matter what I do I cannot budge this fat.... I most like my collar bones and my goal for this year is to like all of me!

    What are your food vices/ cheats? CHOCOLATE!! Although recently it's been too many pita chips. Those are addictive!

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? Not having enough time to devote to exercise

    What's your favorite exercise? Zumba, but I haven't been able to join a class recently. I have done some Insanity, and I like how it kicks my butt.

    What exercise would you like to try this year? More insanity, and maybe actually completing a 5K. I've always just said "I don't run", but maybe I should try.

    What is your biggest trouble spot? My stomach. I did have a son back in December, so that's the main reason for the weight loss goals, but it's in my family to have a large belly and tiny everything else. I'm terrified I'm fighting a losing battle and it's just genetic.
    What part of your body do you like the most? Other than my hair? My arms, I guess. My legs are too small, so they bug me. My butt has started to look nicer, especially after the extra weight from pregnancy. I hope I can keep that!

    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? To lose at least most of my belly fat and turn it into a more toned stomach. I want to look good in a bikini next summer!

    What are your food vices/ cheats? White rice. I cannot switch to brown rice. :( I just eat it sparingly.

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? Motivation. In the past I'd be really fit and have a good eating and exercise routine, and stop. This time there will be no stopping.

    What's your favorite exercise? Handstand pushups and weighted lunges

    What exercise would you like to try this year? I tried most of them by now from crossfit, I just want to get better at them.

    What is your biggest trouble spot? Muffin tops and inner thighs

    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? The first goal was to loose weight. Now it's reducing body fat % and looking nice and lean :)

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? Time restraints - currently split workouts into 2/day, at 35-45 min each, 5-6 days a week. Wish I had more time to lift.
    What's your favorite exercise? I love the Smith Machine. Split squats are my fave. Or anything that works hamstrings.

    What are your food vices/ cheats? SUGAR. candy, especially chocolate. major sweet tooth. though i hear chocolate's good for you to some extent, yeah?
    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? sleep deprivation, over-doing the sugar, lack of time for cardio, and the fear of over-eating (can't build muscle eating only 1000-1200 cals a day...)
    What's your favorite exercise? strength training/weight lifting. i do 45-60 minute full-body workouts every other day.
    What exercise would you like to try this year? maybe sprinting/running.
    What is your biggest trouble spot? "spare tire". just can't for the life of me get rid of the gut fluff.

    What are your food vices/ cheats? Really everything; I love food! If I had to pick one, I'd say bread and butter.

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? I've always been so focused on the number on the scale; at my thinnest, I was 93 pounds (I'm 5'2"), and I kept trying to get back there without realizing that doing so was causing me to lose lean muscle.

    What's your favorite exercise? I did Bikram yoga a few weeks ago and loved it, but can't afford it on a regular basis, unfortunately.

    What exercise would you like to try this year? I already run, but I'd love to start running longer differences (greater than five miles).

    What is your biggest trouble spot? My stomach; even at my lowest weight, I never had a flat stomach.

    What's your favorite exercise? I do alot of bodyweight resistance training, but I love my Bowflex, and TKD :-)

    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? It was to make it under 12% body fat, and I had made it at one point. Now I'm conditioning for my black belt exam in taekwondo, so my goals are more performance oriented in sparring.

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? My eating has improved, now I just need to exercise regularaly. I was good at it for a while, but then life happened and I got out of the routine.

    What is your biggest trouble spot? Upper thighs and rear. I'm bones everywhere else, so my goal is to lose the *kitten* fat and gain muscle. In other words, gain curves through muscle all over.
