Hey I'm back. I see everyone doing great. Way to go. :happy: Well I've not been able to work out for a week due to injuring my ankle. Well I can now work out again. Yaay!! :bigsmile:

(think kid-aerobics) So I was mega-exhausted--but I did show up on the elliptical-as always--have not missed a day
Hope to pick up again though, into my 4 or 5 miles-goal later for today0 -
can i join now? i know i wont be in sync with the rest of you but id like to try a 90 day challenge :D
somedays will be more than others for me but il try my hardest to do atleast 15 minutes a day!

Day 27-I missed Friday---but I will make it up at the end of the challenge to do 90 (even if almost consecutive) days! My body really needed rest. I intended to go ---but fell asleep! I am so MUCH stronger,though. My intent is not to miss any more days--that's my own personal challenge .

Gosh great going, miles and more miles!! I am faltering due to a cold (low energy) and shoulder injury. Don't know if thats due to bad form on the arms of crosstrainer or lifting weights wrong. Will try get back on just using my legs. Good to see someone else joining.0
