    -Your ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge: Any NSV involving improvements in my health. I have some health concerns which are sort of personal in nature. I also want to fit into more of my old clothing. You said 'ultimate' though... so I'm going to also write down six pack.

    -Starting Weight as of Sept 15th: 158.4 lbs

    -Goal Weight: 145 lbs! But anything around 150 at that time I will be happy with.

    -Height: 5'10
