Anyone else planning on a 10/1 start for BR?
I just ordered my set, so I am hoping that it gets here in time. I completed 30DS in July and RI30 in August. This month I have worked on her kick boxing video, six week six pack and killer buns and thighs. I am planning on working with her yoga video this week as I know Jillian loves her yoga inspired moves.

Im in! This will be my first go round of it and I did Workout 1 today just to see how it was. I actually enjoyed it [through the cursing at JM of course lol], that workout in particular actually reminded me of 30DS with a few extra things in it. I looooove how the cardio is low impact seeing how my right knee gets achey super fast, Ill be trying to find something for it. She had at least 3 different ways to do each workout which I thought was pretty neat.
I also need people to hold me accountable! Ive started and stopped and started and stopped so many times in the last year it's not even funny, but this time just feels different for me. Im in to win.. well.. lose actually lol. Taking my measurements and weigh in Mon morning!0 -
I am so happy I found this group. I'm in on a 10/1 start date. This is my second go round but I only did 60 days the first time. I want to finish the full 90 days this time and start the New Year off right. YAY!0

I was dying to start today . . my dvds have not arrived and there is no tracking info! I emailed them because I ordered well in advance!

I completed both workouts this morning with about a 15 minute break between the two. I really like the workouts and how she gives three levels of difficulty for each workout. I cant wait to see the results!0

Mine did not arrive yet I am hoping to get it this week and start on Monday. This week I am doing the 30 day shred in the AM and running after work because my friend who already has the program said there is a jump start week where you work out 2 times a day...
I am not a morning person so hopefully today was not just a fluke and I can do this for a whole week! I will def be doing the actual BR work outs at night.0 -
Yes the first week has 2 workouts per day. I am lucky enough to work from home, but this week I have to go in twice. That will mean getting up at 430 on those days. This could be a rough week, haha.0

I am not doing the optional second cardio workout though.0 -
After reading through all of the information, I will not be doing the jumpstart or Jillian's food plan because I believe in eating more than 1200 calories per day. I've done the 1200 calorie per day plan and was miserable and GAINED weight; my doctor has instructed me to never eat less than 1500. Some of the recipes look good, though, so I may try a few of them. I will also focus on cleaning my diet up a bit...it's gotten out of hand again in the past week.
I watched the first three workouts and thankfully they don't look too bad. Cheers to a Monday start!0 -
I got home from work and my system was there! So I started last night with work out 1. It wasn't too bad. I think being a pro at the 30 day shred helped.0

day 2 is also done for me - although i have admit that i was running out of steam a little bit with some of the moves.
The workouts are definitely going to get results.
also just a note - i am not following the food plan either. I'd rather lose the weight by eating a way I know i'll be able to sustain rather than something I'll probably drop the second i'm done the program0 -
Anyone else afraid of Cardio day? I am!! I started last Thurs with JMBR but made Mon my official day so I was able to do cardio once already and boooooooy did I nearly pass out lol. A fat girl doing suicides? lol shoot me now, I only lasted 15-20 mins the first time, hopefully Ill be able to go all the way this time. I havent been sore like I was when I first started and the moves arent as hard.. which weirdly bums me out because I feel like if Im not hurting the next day then Im not doing it right. Maybe I need to attempt the more difficult moves. Anyway, I know today will bring the pain!0

Did the first cardio of the day. My dog wont let me do the suicides so I do a second set of running man.0

Hi, I started on Monday and I'm enjoying this program. Never done any of her other CDs, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm not a morning person at all, so as soon as I get home from work, I change out and start working out. Every inch of my body hurts :happy:

Now that I have done 1, 2, and cardio I like this workout! The only thing is she keeps saying this is the "easy part" so I'm kinda scared for what is to come!0
