Okay, I've had a slow start this month, but Im getting back on track.
10/3 - 10.5 miles on the (stationary) bike, 1.5 mile walk - 12 miles total.
I am going to have to figure out a new goal for the month if I include the bike too.

10/4 4.5 mile run, 0.5 mile walk
Totals: Running - 12.5 down, 48.5 to go
Walking - 1.5 down, 33.5 to go
Biking - 0 down, 55 to go0 -
10/3 - 12 miles
10/4 - Stationary Bike - 8 miles, Elliptical 2.25 miles. Total 10.25 miles
Total 22.25 miles
I think my new goal for the month is to do 150 miles at the gym!
