My favorite exercises are running and boxing and I would love to get into spin classes (so far Ive done 1), my biggest trouble spot is my inner thighs, no matter what I do I cannot budge this fat.... What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? Not having enough time to devote to exercise
What's your favorite exercise? Zumba, but I haven't been able to join a class recently. I have done some Insanity, and I like how it kicks my butt.
What exercise would you like to try this year? More insanity, and maybe actually completing a 5K. I've always just said "I don't run", but maybe I should try.
What is your biggest trouble spot? My stomach. I did have a son back in December, so that's the main reason for the weight loss goals, but it's in my family to have a large belly and tiny everything else. I'm terrified I'm fighting a losing battle and it's just genetic.
What part of your body do you like the most? Other than my hair? My arms, I guess. My legs are too small, so they bug me. My butt has started to look nicer, especially after the extra weight from pregnancy. I hope I can keep that!

What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? sleep deprivation, over-doing the sugar, lack of time for cardio, and the fear of over-eating (can't build muscle eating only 1000-1200 cals a day...)
What's your favorite exercise? strength training/weight lifting. i do 45-60 minute full-body workouts every other day.

What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? I've always been so focused on the number on the scale; at my thinnest, I was 93 pounds (I'm 5'2"), and I kept trying to get back there without realizing that doing so was causing me to lose lean muscle.
What's your favorite exercise? I did Bikram yoga a few weeks ago and loved it, but can't afford it on a regular basis, unfortunately.
What exercise would you like to try this year? I already run, but I'd love to start running longer differences (greater than five miles).
What is your biggest trouble spot? My stomach; even at my lowest weight, I never had a flat stomach.
