4 miles done today (5mile fat burning walk). Unfortunately the one I wanted to do ( 5 big miles) started to pixel :sad:

Princess, So this morning I did the 5 Really Big Miles "with" you. Ha Ha you tricked me and did a different DVD today :noway: Your DVd sounded like fun though :laugh:

First, an NSV...I did not want to walk at all today...felt allergic to the whole process. After lunch I
toyed with the idea of 6 miles, kicking and screaming the whole way. I was really tired but I did
do it, using the 1, 2, and 3 mile workouts in the Ultimate Collection. Isn't Leslie amazing?

We walked a lot on the weekend and my calves are quite sore from walking in the sand on the beach and scrambling over rocks. Did lots of extra stretches after lesleys walk tonight so hope it helps0 -
Oh no! I am sorry Texasgardnr! I changed my mind at the last minute because I didn't have the time to put into the 5 Miles - I know you got a really big burn though!
