Been doing the Leslie dvd's for a while now, but never joined here. I'm a little late into the game....but I'd like to join. My challenge for this month will be 40 miles.
Been using Walk away the pounds...ultimate collection dvd, but really want to get some more of them.0 -

So addicted to the first 3 miles of Walk Slim Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles! Really gives me my pick me up to start the day!!

I now know ALL the dialogue for Walk Your Belly Flat, 4 Mile Super Challenge and The 5 Day Slim Down workouts. And the giggles. Are giggles considered dialogue or are they sound effects? No matter, I know them all. Sometimes I hear the music when I'm in that state between falling asleep and sleep. I see this woman more than I see my husband.
But, as following him around has never got me to goal... I'm going to stick with Leslie on this.
LOL! I noticed the last time I did Walk Your Belly Flat, I could have done it with my eyes closed. My husband says she is silly, the muscles in the my legs and glutes are not silly though - HA!0 -

Love what you wrote! Yesterday when I did this DVD I repeated the 3rd mile b/c I really wanted more boosted intervals. And four miles.

Yesterday was runnin day again but first thing this morning I popped in my NEW DVD:bigsmile:
Yessssss, my 4 mile power walk arrived yesterdday. Oh, this one made me sweat and I really love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
