Wow! Some improvement and haven't been working out and gained more weight since the first one.
This is Day 1 again for me and determined to complete it!0 -
OK! Took Fit Test 4 yesterday...

Like I said last time I took a fit test, I'm not sure how the Switch Kicks and Low Planque Obliques are supposed to be counted, but it doesn't matter as long as I do it consistently, so I count each side as 1, rather than each set as 1. I think I might be losing ground because my form has improved so much. I now wish I had videoed my fit tests so I could tell.0 -

FABULOUS improvement! I think that I am losing some improvement in reps because my form is so much better and I am taking pauses when my body starts getting a little "floppy" instead of just tryng to get as many as possible, regardless of form. Know what I mean?0 -

Yes! I take good form over reps at anytime. I think the ones you do with good form are the ones that will lead to succes.

Do you have all the DVD's? If so, the fit test should be the first disc where you do the fit test.

I have all of the exercises and dvds, I just don't have the equipment e.g. the agility ladder .Most of the Fit Test stuff seems to be based on the ladder. I even printed it out, before I realised I couldn't do it ;( Thanks for the help, though.

I think you have Insanity - The Asylum, rather than just Insanity. The ladder etc are with the Asylum, not the original Insanity.0 -

I think Globe jumps are tough to increase because of the nature of the exercise. As you get fitter you'd tend to jump that bit higher, so you'd spend more time in the air, meaning there's less time to complete actual jumps.
Or am I over thinking it?0 -
