I’ve been trying to up my calories as my wieght loss and body changes sem to come most when I do eat more.
Today, I have a nutrition consult & looking forward to seeing what’s up with my eating habits, etc.
I don’t know if I am ready for TDEE, deficit and all that, but I need to make changes to reduce my Body Fat % and Increase my lean muscle. So, I’ll hang out here & see what’s relevant for my goals.

Happy New Year everyone! I'm starting again now that it's the new year. Since I've never eaten what I need, my focus is to first get used to that before I try losing weight so my body can adjust to full nutritional values. I never was able to get up to TDEE last year when I tried, and with the semester ending and a lot of spending time away from home for the holidays, I lost my appetite again. Now that I'm tracking, I'm eating about 1300 calories a day. Supposed to be 2250 or so. I already feel like I'm eating way too much! Especially now that I'm more hydrated... I feel like I need to sell ad space on my butt as a blimp.0

Hi, I've just stumbled upon this group today. I have flirted with the idea in the past( sort of same idea as Fat 2 Fit podcast) but its a scary concept. I would love to embrace it..who wouldn't want to eat more. But having support during something so foreign to what we all are programmed to believe would sure be helpful. May I join?
