A little harder today but, I'm going to make it all the way through today! Co worker brought in Soup, homemade bread(probably so yuuummmy) and Spice cake with cream cheese frosting. However, I brought my Salad (which was delicious!) and some Pumpkin soup(better than spice cake anyday (esp. mentally better) and....an apple. For the first time in a long time, I don't feel 'required' to eat what she (co-worker) brought in, and I dont' feel guilty about NOT eating it.

For some reason after I lose a bit of weight I use it as an excuse to binge. Well, that has gotten me no where but up, up, up on the scale!!!
I do that too.
Yup! Like I said yesterday, I start to feel better and BAM! I find myself eating junk again and then BAM! It's a binge. :grumble:0 -

Hello everyone--I'm new and I like this challenge.
I just joined this site yesterday and enjoyed my FIRST binge-free day in ages.
Boy does that feel good!

Checked the scale finally, and that is enough to be determined to quit the binging.

Had to fight off some work and school stress, but I managed to divert my stress to physical and other means instead of binging.

I did eat pb and refried beans out of a jar today (which usually trigger my binges) but I was fine with estimating a tablespoon for each and moving on with the day.I'm going to avoid doing that again just in case, though.
