I had a great first week, so I'm hopeful to lose at least 1-2 pounds for the next several weeks.

Had a great first week!! ahhhh, first time I've lost weight in like 7 monhts!! Thank goodness. It's probably because of just coming off holidays and all that jazz, but I'll take it. Next week will be more on target... which is ok.

Considering I have been on a 2 month plateau this is really good. I also got a great report from the doctor today (re: my physical) so I am very happy!0 -

1/9 - 210 lowest I've been since before the holidays. Haven't been lower than this since summer.

I will admit I thought I was dreaming when I stepped on my scale this morning. For three weeks now I have not lost or gained a pound and now I lost 4 pounds in a week? My scale is a little harder to read since its a normal scale and not the new digital kind but it very much said 176 pounds! Lets just hope it wasnt an odd fluxtuation and stays that way! Lol, thank you everyone for all the support you have given me so far and congrats to all of you as well!

I went to see a trainer about a meal plan this past weekend. WOW! I am taking in the right number of cals but too many fruits and sodium! POO I like salt and fruit. Has been difficult to change over just the last few days but I am going to stick with it.
